Exchange is available for eligible product issues, provided the required unboxing video is submitted.

 Resin Art

Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our resin creations, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

 Animal Sculptures

Each sculpture is carefully crafted and finished with attention to detail. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

 Customised Orders

Customised creations are made especially according to your requirements. Therefore, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once production has started.

Your unboxing video is your proof of safe delivery.

For any damaged-product or eligible exchange claim, a complete and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

Please begin recording before opening the package and make sure the video clearly shows:

The video must be continuous and unedited.

If an unboxing video is not provided, or if the video does not clearly show the package being opened and the product being unpacked, we may not be able to accept or process the exchange or damage claim.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, complete unboxing video, and clear photos/videos of the issue.
