By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to follow and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
Products & Product Information
Teja Artistry offers handcrafted, artistic, resin, decorative, animal sculpture, customised, and other creative products.
Since many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, size, or appearance may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade character of our creations and should not necessarily be considered defects.
Product images are provided for representation purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and your device display.
Customised Orders
Customised products are created according to the customer's requirements.
Once production has started, customised orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for providing correct personalisation details, measurements, names, spellings, colours, designs, or other required information before production begins.
Orders & Payments
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation as communicated by Teja Artistry.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, including incorrect product information, pricing errors, payment issues, stock limitations, or other unforeseen situations.
Shipping & Delivery
Ready products are generally delivered within **5–15 business days**.
Customised products may require additional time depending on the design, size, quantity, and level of customisation. The estimated timeline will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, festivals, public holidays, weather conditions, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the product category.
* Brain Teaser Toys: Exchange may be available for eligible product issues, subject to the required unboxing video.
* Resin Art: Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of the products.
* Animal Sculptures: Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
* Customised Orders: Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
For eligible damaged or incorrect-product claims, a complete and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers must record the unboxing video before opening the package.
The video should clearly show:
* The sealed package from all visible sides
* Shipping label/order details
* The complete opening of the package
* The product being removed from the packaging
* The product and the damage or issue clearly
The video must be continuous and unedited.
Without a valid unboxing video, Teja Artistry may not be able to process a damage or exchange claim.
Intellectual Property
All product photographs, designs, artwork, graphics, text, logos, branding, and other content displayed on the Teja Artistry website are the property of Teja Artistry or its respective owners.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of our content is not permitted.
Limitation of Liability
Teja Artistry shall not be responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, public holidays, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Changes to These Terms
Teja Artistry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service whenever necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page.
