🎥 IMPORTANT — UNBOXING VIDEO IS REQUIRED
Your unboxing video is your proof of safe delivery.
For any damaged-product or eligible exchange claim, a complete and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
Please begin recording before opening the package and make sure the video clearly shows:
• 📦 The sealed package from all visible sides
• 🏷️ The shipping label/order details
• ✂️ The complete opening of the package
• 🎁 The product being removed from the packaging
• 🔍 The product and the damage/issue clearly
The video must be continuous and unedited.
If an unboxing video is not provided, or if the video does not clearly show the package being opened and the product being unpacked, we may not be able to accept or process the exchange or damage claim.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, complete unboxing video, and clear photos/videos of the issue.
